A robot shows as online while its kiosk page is open and connected. It turns offline within 90 seconds of the page closing or losing Wi-Fi. This page refreshes every 30 seconds.
Your organization's locations. Each robot belongs to one site and only checks in visitors invited to it. Staff can work at one site, or at all of them; the robot only offers names of people at its site.
With one site, nothing changes for your staff or visitors. Add a second site and a site choice appears when inviting visitors, adding robots and managing staff.
Make what visitors see look like your organization: the robot, the pre-registration page and invitation emails.
PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 500 KB. A wide logo on a transparent or white background works best. Shown on the robot's start screen, the pre-registration page and invitation emails.
Your own questions on the robot's walk-in form and on the pre-registration page, such as "Type of visit" or "I have read the safety rules". Answers appear in the host's message, the visitor list and the CSV export.
